Massachusetts Health Quality Partners
Who are they?
Massachusetts Health Quality Partners is a broad-based coalition of physicians, hospitals, health plans, purchasers, patient and public representatives, academics, and government agencies working together to promote improvement in the quality of health care services in Massachusetts. MHQP was first established in 1995 by a group of Massachusetts health care leaders who identified the importance of valid, comparable measures to drive improvement.
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Fallon Community Health Plan, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Health New England, Neighborhood Health Plan, Tufts Health Plan, Massachusetts Hospital Association, Massachusetts Medical Society, Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services, MHQP Physician Council, two patient and public representatives, one employer representative, and one academic representative and two independent health industry representatives.
MHQP's mission is to drive measurable improvements in health care quality, patients’ experiences of care, and use of resources in Massachusetts through patient and public engagement and broad-based collaboration among health care stakeholders.
MHQP sends out a patient experience survey every year. The responses from those surveys is one of the tools your insurance company uses to determine your satisfaction with our practice. What you think and how you feel about the quality of the care you receive from us and the overall experience you have at every encounter with our office is important to us.
Please take a few minutes to complete the survey. We look forward to receiving your feedback.
